What level of technical support can I expect for the enterprise version?
Technical support is included in the purchase price and is available via email with a guaranteed response time of 24 hours.
What updates and upgrades am I entitled to?
During the licence period all major and minor upgrades are free.
Am I able to request additional features?
Requests for new features will most definitely be considered. BatchPoint will continue to evolve and regular enhancement releases are planned.
Am I able to renew my licence, and if so, how much?
Yes, renewal of a licence is available before the expiry date at a 50% discount on the current full purchase price.
